Return & Exchange Policy
In-stock items not in original packaging (including cushions, covers, floor model umbrellas) may be refunded or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase or pick-up free from any new apparent wear/damage.
All regularly priced in-stock items (excluding cushions, covers, floor model umbrellas) may be returned for a refund or exchange within two weeks from the date of purchase in its original packaging free from any apparent wear/damage.
Floor models, clearance items or items purchased from the discount room are FINAL and may not be refunded or exchanged.
All ordered/non-stock items (including cushions, covers, umbrellas) will incur a 40% re-stocking fee upon refund or exchange after the order has been placed.
The required 50% deposit is non-refundable for all custom orders, including: custom cushions, ordered covers, custom canopies, all other made-to-order items, and back-ordered items. Custom ordered items are final sale and cannot be cancelled after order has been placed.
Original invoice must be provided for all refunds or exchanges.
Prior to signing ‘Receipt of Goods’ waiver, customer is responsible for inspection of all items and is responsible for reporting any defects or missing items upon delivery or pick-up.
If customer is not present during time of delivery, they have 24 hours to report any defects or missing items upon delivery.
Warranty Claims
In the event that any purchase falls under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer should contact Salco in order to obtain service. The customer is responsible for providing Salco with the original proof of purchase, and making arrangements for the furniture to be delivered to Salco.
Salco is not responsible for any delivery services to or from the customer’s home when processing a warranty claim. Customers are responsible for a 5% shipping fee for all manufacturer warranties.
